Herbarom® is an apple extract with high levels of polyphenol, naturally present in apples, that enables an intense dark brown colouring. The apple extract is standardized to constant colour intensity, is shelf-stable and does not crystallize.
Besides the colouring Herbarom® also contains the flavouring components of the apple. It has a consistent aroma profile with the typical acidic for rounding of the flavour-profile and the well-balanced sugar profile helps to keep your product fresh.
