Our supplier C. Thywissen is a German family-owned company that specializes in vegetable oils. Besides high quality rapeseed oils, they also produce sunflower oils.
Rapeseed oil is low in saturated fatty acids and high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids. The ratio between the poly-unsaturated fatty acids linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid is ideal.
This oil is mainly cultivated in Germany and is widely available, transparent and light in color. It is suitable in various applications such as cooking oil and in salads.
